Now, we're looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven professional to join our Yoakim Bridge Estate team—someone who thrives on delivering warm, engaging and elevated guest experiences.
Position: Hospitality Associate
As a Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our estate, guiding guests through curated wine and food pairings in an intimate and story-rich setting. You'll share the history of our 120-year-old head-pruned Zinfandel vines, describe the flavor profiles of our boutique wines, and offer insights into our exclusive wine club memberships—all while creating moments our guests will never forget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Lead wine and food tasting experiences with confidence and enthusiasm
- Communicate the stories behind each wine and dish with clarity and passion
- Promote and convert guests into wine club members
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the tasting room daily
- Support wine and culinary events as needed
- Ensure the estate remains pristine and secure at all times
What We're Looking For:
- A love for wine, food, and storytelling
- 3+ years experience in a tasting room, fine dining, or hospitality role
- A proven ability to connect with guests and drive DTC sales & wine club conversions
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging presence
- Self-starter with a flexible, hands-on mindset
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Availability:
- Full-time role, including weekends and occasional evenings
