Executive Chef

Williamson Wines is one of Northern California's premier wineries with excellent wine education staff who pair almost fifty ultra-premium wines with recipes created by our culinary team and served in our tasting rooms, our Epicurean Kitchen restaurant and at our private estate venues.

Under the guidance of our principals our Epicurean Kitchen has produced over five hundred recipes, all paired with our wines and presented on Pinterest and our YouTube channel by our in-house media team.

We have a dynamic culinary team and due to growth we are now looking to hire an Executive Chef to join our team to work with our principals creating new recipes and menus. In this role you will manage a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure optimal kitchen performance.

You will need culinary expertise and leadership abilities to direct the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production while maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment adhering to proper food safety storage and shelf-life observance.

You will have completed a professional certification, diploma or degree in culinary arts, culinary science or pastry arts from a culinary school or technical college and have more than five years of kitchen leadership. You may have less experience if you have had several years working as a Sous Chef or other restaurant kitchen professional.

This is a demanding and rewarding role with regular hours, an highly competitive pay plan, annual bonus, medical coverage, tax free 401k saving plan, all in the fun and exciting wine industry.
