Inspire Burger Attends 60th Celebration

Dear Bill and Christine,

I had read your recipe for Inspire Burgers and it sounded interesting, but I was reluctant to use an entire bottle of Williamson Merlot to cook it. (Too yummy for cooking – great for sipping!) When I saw your offer to include a free bottle in the fall shipment, I decided to give it a try.

We were celebrating my sister’s 60th birthday in Austin, TX so we decided to cook special burgers for a special occasion. (She’s the one who couldn’t wait to take a bite!) They were hands down the best burger we’ve ever had – everyone agreed. Thanks for giving us the push to try out this recipe. I’m looking forward to trying out some of the others as well.

Thanks Patti and Roger. looks like Sis was getting the best of her burger. There will be an extra bottle of Merlot in your fall shipment. Cooking with wine takes courage but rising to the challenge makes us stronger in the end.
