February 2016 Wine Club & Pickup Parties
Chef Tommy and our kitchen staff have been busy so this year you will see even greater harmony between our wines, recipes, spices, gourmet foods and cheeses.
Many of the recipes have been designed using our Herbie's spices and they are also the spices sent to the Spice Club this quarter. So now the recipes of the quarter pair with the wines of the quarter and the spices of the quarter.

Bill's Cellar Wine
If you are one of the lucky few to have the Bill's Cellar extension on your wine club membership then you are in for a real treat as Bill is releasing one of his favorites from his Aussie Mate, Dan Standish.
Make sure you pair this extraordinary wine with an easy chair and perhaps one wine-loving close friend.
Icon Club Wines
Again, a few lucky people are members of our Icon Club and this month they are receiving a wonderful group of Bill's 2012 Noble Bordeaux style wines.
Best kept until you can drink them alone.
February Pickup Parties
Our parties are an opportunity to taste the wines in your shipment, enjoy some of the special cheeses and new recipes of the quarter and meet other wine club members.
Our wine club has grown too large for us to only have one party, so in February we will host 14 pickup parties. Every Sunday there will be three parties plus two Saturday parties especially for our friends who became members before 2010. No crowding - everyone has a chance to enjoy the recipes, wines and cheese of February - Yum!
