Our next Oz Odyssey commences at the Park Hyatt in Sydney on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 and ends in The Barossa Valley, South Australia nine days later.

Deposit & Pricing
We take only nine couples from our Wine Club with us for Aussie fun, food and wine. To avoid anyO uncertainty with the fluctuating dollar we have established a fixed fee and a simple payment plan for the trip as follows:
Couple - $13,950
- $3,000 Deposit (payable on trip confirmation)
- $3,650 Billed to Card September 2016
- $3,650 Billed to Card October 2016
- $3,650 Billed to Card November 2016
The price includes all accommodation, meals, transfers, tips etc. within Australia for these eight days ending at our final destination of Adelaide. You are responsible for your own travel to Sydney where you will join the Oz Odyssey trip and for your travel from Adelaide where the trip terminates.
You may cancel your Oz Odyssey trip at any time as outlined in our Cancellation Policy so please familiarize yourself with these conditions.
Food and Alcohol
The purpose of this trip is for a small group of epicureans to enjoy some of the finest world-class food and wine that Australia has to offer in the company of others who share the same interests.
The trip is only open to eighteen people, generally nine couples (only ten rooms available) all of whom are our wine club members. Our wine club is global and at some venues within Australia we will be joined by several of our Australian wine club members, adding a local Australian perspective.
In order to qualify you need to be able to enjoy a wide range of foods and wines. For this reason we do not recommend our trip if you have any food allergies, are vegan or vegetarian or have any problem with tolerance to alcohol.
