OUR WINES

We grow our own grapes on ten different vineyards each selected for the particular grape variety it will best support. We make only our own wine and we provide it only to our wine club members or customers via our Healdsburg tasting room or this web site.

Wine Categories

Fine wines originate in specific vineyards and can only be produced in limited quantities. We separate our limited production, handcrafted wines into three categories, Legacy Wines, Icon Wines and Library Wines.

Legacy Wines

Legacy Wines are small batches of handcrafted wines produced in quantities of less than 500 cases. They are available at the tasting room and are sent to our Wine Club Members in their normal shipments.

Icon Wines

Icon Wines are smaller production, exquisite collectible wines made from the best fruit available using the most painstaking wine making methodology, without any cost constraints. Icon wines are not automatically included in Wine Club shipments but Members may order them and their membership discount level applies.

Library Wines

Library Wines are a small quantity of our finest Legacy and Icon wines that we are allowing to age gracefully. Every release of our wines sells out so the next vintage is usually released earlier than we would consider ideal. Many of our wines have won gold medals and we know they would taste even better if allowed to age a few more years so we consign 20 cases of each to long-term storage where they remain for seven years. They are then tasted and offered to our Wine Club members on a two-bottle per member limit.
